The International Domestic Placement Group was founded by Katrin Palgi, on the premise that finding the highest quality domestic help shouldn’t be as difficult as it is in today's market. Katrin’s extensive travel and experience within the domestic services industry provided her with the knowledge of what families are looking for, and her ambition and dedication have done the rest.

Katrin believes that whether you are looking for a personal chef, live-in nanny, chauffeur or other domestic position, there are certain standards of professionalism that you require, and the International Domestic Placement Group strives to exceed the expectations of each client.

Mark J. Nelson - Vice President
International Domestic

Our Senior V.P. of Placement is Mark J. Nelson, who has served as an Estate Manager/Personal Assistant and in other domestic capacities, and has over 15 years in the Domestic Industry across the United States. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Business, Mark worked with several prestigious clients before joining with Katrin to create a different approach to the Domestic services industry.

Lisa Renee Stiff is the Chief Financial Officer of International Domestic Placement Group, and brings an extensive amount of corporate finance knowledge. After graduating from Brown University, Lisa worked directly with the CEO of a major hedge fund, before joining Katrin and Mark at IDPG.
